Pre-Installation Meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Incoming President. The club's vision, annual goals, committee responsibilities, service projects, membership plans, and proposed budget were reviewed and discussed. Preparations for the Installation Ceremony were finalized, and responsibilities were assigned to the respective members. The Incoming President thanked everyone for their support and encouraged teamwork for a successful Rotary year. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks.
